The Manager of Media Strategy plays a crucial role in the strategic communications and demand generation team and reports to the Director of Strategic Communications and Demand Generation. This role entails defining and implementing a purchasing strategy that utilizes in-house, agency, and retail media channels to leverage a comprehensive range of end-user-centric results and insights.
As the Media Strategy Manager, you must possess strong problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for developing a media strategy aligned with the company’s growth and profitability goals, aiming to achieve a CAGR of 10% or 3 times the market pace (whichever is greater) for each business segment and platform. Your role will involve understanding and assessing complex issues and successfully implementing solutions. You will prioritize achieving results, identify hidden problems, approach challenges logically, and explore valuable sources for answers.
