A leading financial services company, aspiring to become the premier provider of business services, is seeking a Vice President of User Experience who will focus on design with a side of qualitative research to improve the customer’s experience and increase adoption metrics.
This company provides technology enablement and risk transfer relationships to independent insurance agencies serving the US Property & Casualty insurance industry. It continues to expand its capabilities to serve clients across the US, and in the past year, revenues have grown significantly, increasing our insurance premium under management from $1.3B to $3.6B.
The ideal candidate for the VP role should have a strong understanding of human-centered design principles/processes and experience with building insight frameworks, scoping research projects, selecting applicable methodologies, and presenting insights to stakeholders. The Vice President of User Experience will also be experienced in working cross-functionally with product and development teams.
