Elise brings more than a decade of national digital, marketing and communications recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles at professional services firms, start-ups, major corporations, agencies and non-profits. Supporting leadership with more than just recruiting, Elise serves as a consultant and advisor, helping marketing leaders define their hiring and position needs – and then leading the search to find that special candidate who can transform the team.
Elise was named Recruiter of the Year seven consecutive years, and was promoted to Sr. Director of Recruiting prior to joining Talentfoot. She has played a key role in training and mentoring other recruiters throughout her career, authoring online training courses as well as leading live programs.
She launched her career in public relations, working account side at global PR agencies such as Hill & Knowlton, Golin and Porter Novelli. Working within their Public Affairs and Pharma/Healthcare practices, Elise gained an insider’s perspective on what makes a talented communicator and marketer. She graduated with a B.S. in Psychology & Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
In her free time, Elise loves spending time with her husband and two sons who have trained her on the finer points of building with blocks, driving remote control cars and playing video games. They’re joined on adventures by her pug and golden retriever who ensure there is never a dull moment.
