Jayne Jones is an Associate Partner in Talentfoot’s Technology Practice. After starting her career in sales and business development, she discovered her true passion for recruiting two years ago.
Jayne quickly began specializing in roles related to technology. She became so passionate about technology leadership that she established a technology practice at her most recent executive search firm. Jayne has successfully filled director-level and above positions, including software engineers and data analytics professionals, for high-growth startups and established brands. She takes pride in developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates, finding fulfillment in connecting individuals with their ideal jobs and assisting companies in expanding their teams.
Jayne, a native of Chicago, loves to travel and has explored all seven continents, including her dream vacation in Antarctica. Jayne also maintains an active lifestyle, having accomplished an impressive streak of walking for 30 minutes every day for 1100 consecutive days.
