Larissa is a Senior Partner in Talentfoot’s Advertising team. For almost 15 years, Larissa has held leadership roles in recruiting and account management. Before joining Talentfoot, Larissa worked in several creative staffing firms, managing recruiting and sales teams. She hails from the Bay Area (originally a New Yorker), where she works in lockstep with Talentfoot’s clients to deliver exceptional creative talent. Throughout her career, Larissa has worked with companies ranging from Advertising and PR agencies to Series A through C funded startups, efficiently providing flexible workforce solutions. Larissa is passionate about keeping a pulse on the industry and loves creative and marketing work due to her background in fashion; she is a graduate of FIT in New York City.
