As the company continues to expand its AI-driven and identity-centric marketing solutions, it is now seeking an Adobe Enterprise Architect to join the team and help shape the next generation of its platform strategy.
Position Overview
This role offers a rare opportunity to become a strategic architect at the intersection of marketing, identity, and cloud technologies, specifically centered on Adobe’s suite. As an Adobe Enterprise Architect, you will influence how top-tier clients evolve their marketing stacks and execute data-driven campaigns. The position carries high visibility—your designs and roadmaps will be directly consumed by senior client stakeholders and internal leadership. Over time, this role can evolve into broader solution leadership or platform architecture roles, with exposure across Acxiom’s product lines and business units. You’ll have a central hand in delivering transformational client outcomes that align tightly with Acxiom’s vision for secure, next-gen marketing ecosystems.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform deep assessments of clients’ current marketing architectures (Adobe and related systems), identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with clients to clarify business objectives and translate them into scalable, future-proof solution roadmaps
- Lead architecture design workshops, envisioning “North Star” architecture aligned with Adobe best practices and client goals
- Specify and prototype solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP, Target, Campaign, Experience Manager, Journey Optimizer/Analytics, etc.
- Define integration patterns to unify Adobe tools with identity, CDP, analytics, and external data systems
- Monitor emerging trends in marketing tech, identity resolution, AI, and privacy, and evangelize their application to clients
- Maintain and grow relationships with client stakeholders, vendor partners, and internal teams to ensure architecture adoption
- Document architectural decisions, trade-offs, and design rationale for internal governance and knowledge transfer
Position Qualifications
Required:
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale marketing architecture or platform solutions
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketing technologies (e.g. Experience Platform, Campaign, AEM, Target)
- Experience designing across integration layers and identity/identity-resolution systems
- Strong consulting or client-facing experience—able to lead design sessions, present to executives, and build trust
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to bridge business and technical discussions
Preferred:
- Adobe certifications (e.g. AEP, AEM, Campaign)
- Exposure to real-time data platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), or identity graphs
- Familiarity with privacy, data governance, and regulatory constraints in marketing data
- Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments and mentoring junior architects
