How it Started:

Talentfoot was founded in 2010 to change lives for the better. Because we always knew personal fulfillment matters, we knew it was possible through making empathy the input and executive search the output. We rejected the one-size-fits-all approach to executive search in favor of making a true difference in people’s lives and making the world a better place. This is expressed through our name, which was created with the belief that if people are not fulfilled in their jobs, then it’s time to make a move by stepping into a new direction.
