As the business continues to scale, the company is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across multiple channels. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated demand generation programs that directly support revenue growth and brand visibility.
This role requires 4x days a week in office in the Nashville metro.
Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital advertising, email, social media, events, and content distribution.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution modeling, campaign performance analysis, and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of SEM, paid social, retargeting, organic social, email marketing, and event-driven marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Curious, creative, and enthusiastic about leveraging AI to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
