As the business continues to expand and enhance its entertainment offerings, they are seeking a General Manager of Guest Services to help lead daily operations and elevate the guest experience across the property.
Position Overview
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader to oversee guest services and food and beverage operations at a high-volume entertainment destination. The General Manager of Guest Services will lead a large cross-functional team while partnering closely with executive leadership to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience. This position offers strong visibility within the leadership team and the opportunity to work directly with ownership while helping shape operational strategy. Position Responsibilities
• Lead all guest services and food and beverage operations to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience
• Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, service standards, and operational coordination across departments
• Oversee labor management, including workforce planning, scheduling, performance management, and team development
• Partner with leadership across attractions, sales, marketing, human resources, and maintenance to ensure seamless operational execution
• Maintain financial accountability, including P&L ownership, cost control, inventory management, and purchasing oversight
• Monitor food and beverage costs and conduct variance analysis to maintain strong prime cost performance
• Establish and reinforce operational standards that support service quality, efficiency, and safety
• Address guest concerns and ensure issues are resolved quickly while maintaining a guest-focused culture
• Build and develop a strong management bench through hiring, coaching, and leadership development
• Implement systems and operational processes that support scalability and continued business growth
Position Qualifications Required
• Demonstrated track record of success leading large hospitality or entertainment operations with strong financial and service outcomes
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience in high-volume restaurant, entertainment, or guest service environments
• Proven experience managing teams of 100 or more employees within complex operational environments
• Strong financial and operational acumen with experience managing P and L responsibility and controlling labor and food costs
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across multiple departments
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
Preferred
• Experience in entertainment venues, family entertainment centers, or high-volume hospitality destinations
• ServSafe and TABC certifications or the ability to obtain them
