Our client is a fast growing AI platform reshaping how large organizations deliver training, transforming experiential learning at scale for higher education, healthcare, and life sciences. Founded five years ago by a physician researcher and an AI expert with a background in medical imaging, the company built its entire technology stack in house, giving it a speed and quality advantage that pure software competitors cannot match. With a growing footprint across North America, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and expanding into Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, the company is on a mission to put every person undergoing active professional training onto its platform. To help fuel that growth, they are looking for an Associate Account Executive to join their Austin, Texas sales team.
Position Overview
This is a rare opportunity for an early career professional to build a sales career at the ground floor of a category defining company. As an Associate Account Executive, you will be trained directly by leadership on a proven sales motion targeting upper mid market and lower enterprise accounts, giving you a foundation that most entry level roles cannot offer. You will have direct visibility with the founders, who are actively building out the Austin office and investing in the people who join early. Your work will center on bringing in new business and expanding existing accounts, meaning your results will be visible and will directly shape the trajectory of the company as it scales. For someone who is hungry to learn, competitive by nature, and wants to be part of something being built rather than joining something already built, this role offers uncommon speed of growth and responsibility.
