As the agency continues to grow, they are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to help build the systems and infrastructure that will support that next stage of growth.

Position Overview

This role offers the opportunity to shape the operational foundation of a growing agency, reporting directly to the CEO and playing a central role in how the business scales. You will lead across operations, human resources, technology, and key outsourced partnerships, giving you broad visibility and influence over how the organization runs day to day. Working closely with leadership on strategic planning and business growth, this position sits at the center of decision making and offers real opportunity for impact as the company evolves. Position Responsibilities

Lead day to day business operations and help shape overall operational priorities and strategy

Guide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance in partnership with the finance team

Oversee human resources functions, including employee experience, compliance, and organizational development

Lead technology and infrastructure strategy in partnership with outside technology partners

Manage relationships with key business partners, including benefits, legal, insurance, and other operational vendors

Develop and continuously improve processes, systems, and workflows to help the organization operate efficiently and scale effectively

Establish and monitor operational and financial performance metrics to inform business decisions

Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning and organizational initiatives

Champion a collaborative, accountable, and high performing culture

Position Qualifications

Required

A demonstrated track record of leading cross functional operations and improving business processes

A minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in professional services, agency, consulting, or another client focused organization, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge

Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning

Experience managing strategic business partners and outside vendors

Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to lead through influence across teams

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, human resources, or a related field

Experience within an agency or professional services environment specifically

A collaborative, solutions oriented approach suited to a fast paced, entrepreneurial setting

A sense of humor and genuine enjoyment of a team first culture
