Accounting Manager

Remote role!! Newly created position, reporting into the CFO who is an excellent mentor and leader, ready to take this person to the next level in their career. Hands on role for a growing and scaling business!

As our Company continues to grow, we’re seeking an Accounting Manager to lead our day-to-day accounting function, strengthen our finance/accounting operations, and help support The Company’s next stage of growth.

About the Role

This role is designed for an exceptional accounting professional who is ready to take the next step toward becoming a finance leader.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the Company’s seasoned Fractional Controller, you’ll lead The Company’s day-to-day accounting function while gaining the mentorship, technical exposure, and executive visibility that many accounting professionals don’t experience until much later in their careers.

You’ll own the monthly close and financial reporting, partner on technical accounting and strategic initiatives, and help maintain the strong financial controls and disciplined accounting processes required to support a growing company in a highly regulated industry.

Rather than spending years focused on a single area of accounting, you’ll gain broad exposure to financial reporting, technical accounting, revenue recognition, audits, tax coordination, banking relationships, Board reporting, and executive decision-making.

As The Company continues to grow, there will be significant opportunities for increased responsibility and career advancement based on your performance and the Company’s evolving needs.
