Our client is a hospitality group known for creating vibrant, high energy experiences at a standout waterfront entertainment venue. As they continue to grow their events and programming calendar, they are looking for a Marketing and Events Manager to lead that effort and serve as the primary point person for the venue.

Position Overview

This role offers a hands on, high visibility opportunity for someone who thrives on bringing events to life from concept through execution. You will own the full programming calendar and serve as the connective tissue between creative, social media, digital advertising, PR, production, and operations teams, giving you broad exposure across the organization. Your work will directly shape the guest experience and drive measurable results for the venue, from traffic to revenue to brand partnerships. Position Responsibilities

Develop and manage the venue’s annual, monthly, and weekly programming calendar, including recurring events, entertainment, and signature events

Create event concepts aligned with the brand that support traffic and revenue goals, managing each from concept through execution

Coordinate timelines across creative, social media, email marketing, advertising, PR, production, and on site needs, preparing clear briefs and reviewing materials before launch

Manage weekly entertainment programming and maintain relationships with entertainment partners, including booking, scheduling, and performance management

Develop and manage brand partnerships and sponsor activations, including deliverables, on site execution, and post event recaps

Coordinate offline marketing efforts, including print advertising, signage, and promotional materials

Partner closely with operations to ensure marketing plans reflect the guest experience and event details are communicated clearly ahead of each weekend

Manage the marketing budget and track expenses by event and initiative

Review event performance and key results to guide future programming decisions

Position Qualifications

Required

A demonstrated track record developing, promoting, and executing successful events and marketing campaigns

A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, events, venue programming, hospitality, nightlife, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

Familiarity with platforms such as Eventbrite, HubSpot or similar CRM systems, project management software, and digital advertising tools

Based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area, with the ability to work on site during events, including one weekend day

Preferred

Existing relationships with Miami area DJs, bands, entertainment vendors, or brand partners

Experience coordinating print production, signage, or event vendors

Experience directing photography or video coverage for events

Hospitality, nightlife, restaurant, or live entertainment marketing experience

Fluency in Spanish
