Our flexible search models allow you to select the right option for your hiring needs.

Retained

Our retained model is suited critical hires at the Director level and above. This service allows us to spend daily dedicated time on your search, utilize researchers, provide calibration reports, scheduled status calls, scorecards, and a Leadership Assessments to ensure the fit your company.

Engagement

This hybrid of our retained and contingency search models is recommended when sourcing candidates positions below the director level that entail complexity to fill due to unique requirements, geographic location, or high degree of urgency. It requires an elevated commitment from your organization and ours to fill the position.

Contingent

This search model is fit filling non-critical positions annual salaries below $100K. Hiring teams receive basic status updates. Contingent searches require minimum commitment from both parties.
