Account Manager

Our client is a fast-growing creative marketing and advertising agency known for delivering cutting-edge campaigns for major brands. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with Fortune 500 clients on high-impact campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. As an Account Manager, you will have a visible role within the agency and with clients, managing projects from concept through execution. This position offers hands-on experience with top-tier brands, exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines, and the chance to grow into higher-level account leadership roles within the agency.

Responsibilities include

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels

• Partner with project management to allocate agency resources and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of client projects

• Develop and present tactical briefs, proposals, and creative strategies to internal teams and clients

• Review creative concepts, media plans, and production materials to ensure alignment with client objectives and approved briefs

• Monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations to improve results

• Manage budgets, estimates, billing, and vendor invoices within approved parameters

• Liaise with partner agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and resolve issues when needed

• Keep agency leadership informed of account opportunities and challenges

Qualifications include

• Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts within an agency environment

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of agency experience, including at least 2 years in direct client service at this level

• Experience leading integrated marketing projects across multiple channels, with a focus on digital and social media

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in developing proposals, creative briefs, and client presentations

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Experience managing budgets and coordinating cross-functional teams

• Healthcare account experience and B2B marketing experience are preferred but not required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
