Responsibilities
- Represent the company’s property maintenance services by developing a deep understanding of offerings and client needs.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through effective implementation of sales strategies and tactics.
- Generate leads, build relationships, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Develop and execute territory action plans using market data and insights to inform sales approaches.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, bid packages, reports, and presentations for executive-level decision makers.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and participate in networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quotas and standards are met consistently.
- Travel throughout the Northeast region as required.
Qualifications – Required
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a property services or real estate setting.
- 3-5 years of progressive sales experience in business-to-business environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel at least 25 percent of the time for customer meetings and events.
