Position Overview

This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced Enterprise Architect with expertise in corporate finance systems, ERP platforms, and enterprise-level technology modernization. As the Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in defining, developing, and implementing technology strategies that align with business goals and operational needs. You will lead enterprise architecture initiatives, governance frameworks, and solution development efforts to ensure the company’s technology landscape evolves in a scalable and efficient manner. With a focus on legacy system transformation, cloud-based ERP solutions, and integration strategies, this role is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and efficiency within a global organization.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the company’s current technology landscape, including applications, infrastructure, data architecture, and integration points.
• Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap focused on modernizing corporate systems, financial platforms, and enterprise IT assets.
• Work closely with business and IT leaders to align technology investments with long-term business objectives and operational priorities.
• Lead enterprise architecture development, including the creation of reference architectures, technology roadmaps, and best practices.
• Guide the evaluation and adoption of modern ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Workday Financial Management, etc.) to enhance financial and operational efficiency.
• Establish and enforce enterprise architecture governance, ensuring compliance with technology standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Oversee the development and implementation of solution architectures, ensuring alignment with target-state enterprise models.
• Partner with finance, digital, security, and IT operations teams to create a scalable and integrated enterprise architecture framework.
• Identify and assess emerging technologies, industry trends, and market innovations that could enhance business capabilities and competitive advantage.
• Support corporate and customer Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform architecture development.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to solution architects and IT teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Position Qualifications

Required:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, and IT strategy development, with expertise in legacy system modernization and cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance principles, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), general ledger management, and financial reporting.
• Proven track record in architecting and implementing modern ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, or Workday Financial Management.
• Advanced-level expertise in enterprise system development (.NET, Java, or similar platforms) and systems integration.
• Strong experience in enterprise architecture governance, including policy development, compliance frameworks, and technology risk management.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
• Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to drive successful IT initiatives.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams, with a proven ability to lead and mentor enterprise architects and solution designers.
• Experience in evaluating and implementing IAM (Identity & Access Management) solutions.
• Strong familiarity with cloud-based infrastructures, microservices architecture, and API-driven integrations.
• Knowledge of enterprise data management, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
