Position Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead marketing and event execution for a portfolio of dynamic hospitality venues in one of the country’s most competitive entertainment markets. The Marketing and Events Manager will play a highly visible role, partnering with marketing, production, and operations leadership to bring concepts to life from idea through execution. Position Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events across assigned venues, managing logistics, entertainment coordination, and on site execution to ensure seamless experiences
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies in collaboration with creative, social media, and production teams to support attendance and brand engagement
- Partner with production leadership to conceptualize event themes, décor, and overall guest experience execution
- Maintain and optimize the event calendar through weekly audits to maximize visibility, attendance, and revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including design, digital marketing, public relations, and social media to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Provide creative direction for promotional assets and marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign goals
- Oversee coordination of paid media efforts across digital platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Yelp, and TripAdvisor in partnership with internal teams
- Build and maintain influencer and community partnerships that drive awareness, venue traffic, and audience engagement
- Monitor local cultural and social trends to identify new promotional opportunities and event concepts
- Track and report on event performance metrics including attendance, marketing effectiveness, and budget adherence
- Manage marketing budgets responsibly while ensuring initiatives remain aligned with business objectives
- Attend regular cross departmental meetings and provide updates to leadership on campaign performance and event outcomes
Position Qualifications
Required:
- Demonstrated track record of successfully executing marketing initiatives and events that drive measurable engagement or attendance
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality marketing, event marketing, or venue marketing, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within fast paced environments while maintaining high quality execution
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media channels including Meta and Google advertising ecosystems
- Experience collaborating across creative, production, and operational teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details while maintaining a strategic perspective
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of the Miami hospitality and entertainment landscape, including local influencers and cultural trends
- Experience working closely with event production teams on décor, entertainment, and on site activations
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar design platforms
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
