We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing for a start-up in the insurance space that is growing rapidly.
Paid Advertising & Growth
•Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
•Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across multiple insurance verticals
•Monitor performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV
•Allocate budgets efficiently across channels and brands
•Identify scaling opportunities and underperforming areas
Creative & Strategy
•Develop and test ad creatives, messaging, and offers
•Generate new marketing ideas for insurance products and comparison sites
•Collaborate on landing page and funnel improvements to increase conversions
•Stay current on trends in paid media, creative testing, and insurance marketing
Analytics & Optimization
•Track performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, ad platforms, etc.)
•Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages
•Fully own the CRO pipeline
•Prepare clear performance reports and insights for leadership
•Use data to guide decisions and strategy
Cross-Channel Support
•Explore additional channels such as TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, native ads, or affiliates where appropriate
•Support broader brand and content initiatives as needed
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
•Proven experience managing digital marketing or paid media campaigns
•Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
•Ability to manage multiple campaigns, brands, and priorities
•Clear communication and collaboration skills
•Comfortable working in a fast-moving, results-focused environment
