Role Summary

The Senior Leader, FP&A & Risk is responsible for integrating financial planning & analysis, treasury, and enterprise risk management into a unified capability that drives performance, enables faster decision-making, and protects the organization’s financial strength.

This role operates at an enterprise level—leading planning, liquidity, and risk processes while partnering closely with senior leadership to deliver forward-looking insights, optimize capital allocation, and proactively manage business risks.

The Senior Leader balances strategy and execution—bringing discipline, speed, and clarity to how the business plans, performs, and manages risk.

What You’ll Do

Lead Financial Planning & Performance

  • Own key components of the annual plan, forecasts, and long-range financial planning process
  • Deliver actionable insights on performance, trends, and risks to senior leadership
  • Build and refine financial models, scenarios, and KPIs that drive better decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve financial performance and cost efficiency
  • Help translate strategy into clear financial targets and measurable outcomes

Oversee Liquidity & Treasury Operations

  • Lead cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization
  • Support capital structure planning and funding strategies
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
  • Ensure effective treasury policies, controls, and compliance frameworks
  • Support hedging and risk mitigation strategies

Advance Enterprise Risk Management

  • Support and evolve the enterprise risk management (ERM)
  • Identify and assess key financial, operational, and strategic risks
  • Develop and implement practical mitigation strategies and controls
  • Oversee insurance programs and risk transfer strategies
  • Provide clear risk insights and reporting to leadership
  • Monitor trends and data to proactively identify emerging risks.

Lead, Influence & Execute

  • Lead and develop talent across FP&A, treasury, and risk
  • Drive process improvements that increase speed, accuracy, and scalability
  • Build strong partnerships across finance, operations, and leadership teams
  • Bring clarity and structure to complex problems, enabling faster decisions
  • Ensure strong execution and accountability across all areas of responsibility

What You Bring

Experience

  • ~7-10 years of progressive experience across FP&A, treasury, and/or risk
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence decision-making
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong financial and business acumen with a balanced strategic and operational mindset
  • Solid understanding of liquidity management, financial planning, and risk frameworks.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong systems and modeling skills (Excel, ERP, reporting tools)
  • Clear communicator with the ability to influence without direct authority
