Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that positions the platform as the go-to solution for creators and media companies.

• Translate key value propositions such as creator empowerment and intelligent distribution into clear, engaging messaging that drives adoption.

• Spearhead the full go-to-market plan in partnership with product and leadership teams, ensuring alignment across messaging, audience segmentation, and campaign execution.

• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture rooted in creativity, data-driven decision-making, and accountability.

• Establish and optimize performance metrics across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing channels to maximize acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Build a robust community and brand presence through authentic storytelling, partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Drive content, SEO, and community marketing strategies that fuel organic growth and brand advocacy.

• Own the digital marketing ecosystem, managing paid campaigns, marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics to ensure consistent performance improvement.

• Use data and insights to guide decision-making, measure success, and refine marketing strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of success in marketing leadership, with demonstrated results in driving brand growth and user acquisition.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a high-growth SaaS or digital platform company.

• Experience building and scaling organic acquisition channels through SEO, content, and community-driven marketing.

• Deep expertise in product-led growth, including the design and execution of campaigns that enhance user activation and retention.

• Strong storytelling and positioning skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.

• Proficiency with marketing analytics and data visualization tools, using insights to inform strategy and optimize outcomes.

• Hands-on experience with modern marketing technology, including CRM and automation platforms such as HubSpot.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
