Jaime brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record across a wide range of roles within the accounting and finance realm. From finance, accounting, tax, audit, and M&A functions, her comprehensive experience includes Manager to C-Suite level roles.
With over two decades of specialized experience, Jaime has excelled in roles at Ajilon Finance Solutions, Lucas Group, and most recently Korn Ferry. She has partnered with start-ups, scale-ups, SMBs, and Fortune 500 enterprises across North America to solve their toughest hiring challenges and deliver strategic talent acquisition insights and guidance.
Jaime’s deep industry knowledge is complemented by her ability to understand the unique needs of each client, ensuring a tailored recruitment strategy that aligns with their business goals. She has a proven track record of placing candidates in critical leadership roles that have significantly impacted company performance and profitability.
Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Buena Vista University. She is an active member of the Chief Financial Officer Network and the Corporate Finance Network.
