About Jeremy

Jeremy is a proven search expert specializing in go-to-market (GTM) leadership roles, he has deep expertise in building high-performing sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations teams. As the leader of Talentfoot’s GTM practice, he leads a team of seasoned sales and marketing search partners who deliver proven, forward-thinking leaders that accelerate growth, strengthen operations, and enhance profitability.

Over the past decade, Jeremy has led more than 60 executive searches and guided teams responsible for 240+ GTM placements, generating over $9.5MM in billings, servicing clients ranging from PE-backed scale-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises. His placements have enabled companies to launch new business lines, radically increase market share, and drive measurable revenue growth.

Before executive search, Jeremy built his career as an operator, founder, and revenue leader, holding leadership roles at Hunt Club, MassChallenge, FCB Global, and Brookfield Properties, as well as co-founding and scaling his own venture-backed startup, PopUp Republic. This unique background allows him to partner with hiring managers not just as a recruiter, but as a strategic advisor who understands the challenges GTM executives face firsthand.

Jeremy’s credibility is reinforced by his industry recognition. He was nominated by his peers as People Leader of the Year for his empathetic, accountable approach to leadership. He also serves on the advisory board of Fullcast, counseling RevOps leaders at leading B2B SaaS companies, and is an active mentor at 1871 Chicago. Additionally, Jeremy is a member of Pavilion and the RevOps Co-Op, where he regularly shares insights on GTM leadership and talent trends.

He holds a BS in Community Entrepreneurship from the University of Vermont, an MBA from Babson College, and a Leadership & Management Certificate from Wharton Online. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys life with his three young children, often balancing client calls with carpool duty or refereeing sibling squabbles.
