Jaime brings a proven track record in hiring across key functions including finance, accounting, tax, audit, and M&A. Her career includes senior roles at Ajilon Finance Solutions, Lucas Group, and most recently Korn Ferry, where she successfully partnered with start-ups, SMBs, and Fortune 500 enterprises to deliver high-impact leaders in accounting and finance. Jaime’s deep industry knowledge and personalized recruitment strategies have resulted in placing candidates who drive innovation, efficiency, and profitability within their organizations.
