What sets Jeremy apart is his unique blend of experience as both an operator and a recruiter. Before entering executive search, he held leadership roles at Hunt Club, MassChallenge, FCB Global, and Brookfield Properties, and co-founded the venture-backed startup PopUp Republic. Having scaled teams and built revenue engines firsthand, Jeremy understands the challenges GTM executives face and brings that empathy and practical insight to every search engagement.
Jeremy’s leadership has earned him recognition across the industry. He was nominated as People Leader of the Year for his accountable, people-first approach. He also serves on the advisory board of Fullcast, mentors founders and executives at 1871 Chicago, and is an active member of Pavilion and the RevOps Co-Op, where he regularly shares insights on GTM leadership and talent trends. His academic background includes a BS from the University of Vermont, an MBA from Babson College, and a Leadership and Management Certificate from Wharton Online.
