Lisa Rivait is a Senior Executive Recruiter in Talentfoot’s Sales Practice, where she partners with organizations across North America to identify and secure the sales leaders who fuel business growth. With a career rooted in both temporary and permanent placement, Lisa has spent the past five years focused exclusively on mid-level to C-suite sales talent.

Lisa’s path into recruiting began in an unexpected way. An early administrative role sparked her passion for people and led her to pursue HR and recruiting coursework. Since then, she has built an impressive track record of success, including developing an enterprise business unit and managing a team of 10 recruiters, delivering over $1.6M in career billings, and maintaining a 74% repeat business rate. She has also been recognized multiple times for her performance, earning Recruiter of the Quarter, Top Contributor, and President’s Club honors.
