Kevin brings more than 15 years of executive search experience and will focus on guiding CFOs, CHROs, and executive leadership teams through high-impact accounting, finance, and human resources hires. 

Throughout his career, Kevin has led recruiting strategies and built high-performing teams, partnering closely with finance and HR leaders on complex, mission-critical hiring decisions. He specializes in accounting and finance leadership search, supporting organizations in the hiring of Controllers, Vice Presidents of Finance, CFOs, and senior accounting professionals. He has also worked extensively on senior HR placements, roles where alignment, leadership judgment, and stakeholder trust are essential. 

Kevin’s work is often focused on growth, transformation, and succession-driven hiring within private equity-backed and founder-led organizations, environments where clarity is critical and the cost of a mis-hire is high. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 700 placements. As a people leader, Kevin has driven record-setting performance and ranked among the top one percent of producers in his practice group.
