We are representing an established outdoor brand founded in Australia in 1999. Their growing line of outdoor and garden products are focused on creating high-quality, problem-solving products that help customers make the most of their outdoor spaces. They are a digitally led consumer brand with a strong focus on product quality, customer experience and sustainable growth.
The company expanded into the U.S. in 2019 and the business is entering an important next stage of scale. We are continuing to grow our direct-to-consumer business while expanding into priority U.S. regions, developing new products and building a wholesale and retail channel.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will execute across two key levers of USA growth: lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo and paid media across Meta, Google and Amazon. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the role spans the full customer journey – from acquisition through to engagement, repeat purchase and long-term customer value.
This is a hands-on execution role with meaningful ownership and room to develop. The Digital Marketing Manager owns channel strategy, budgets, targets and direction; the Coordinator owns day-to-day execution, QA, reporting and testing, and is expected to identify and recommend optimisation opportunities.
Responsibilities are split roughly 60% lifecycle and 40% paid media. You’ll own day-to-day email and SMS execution and improvement, alongside paid campaign execution, creative coordination and performance monitoring within the strategy, budgets and targets set by the Digital Marketing Manager.
