He has a proven track record of providing his clients with various staffing solutions including staff augmentation, project-based staffing (SOW), direct placement and consulting services.
Tim’s strong attention to detail and winning attitude is the perfect recipe for both his clients and candidates. Using a consultative approach to understand client’s culture and position requirements has led to placing nearly 500 personnel nationwide over his 10+ year recruiting career. Additionally, Tim’s straight shooter personality has given him great credibility with candidates as they explore new job opportunities. Being there every step of the way from initial call, interview prep, offer negotiation and celebrating with candidates after their first few months on the job is part of a fantastic candidate experience.
Before joining Talentfoot, Tim honed his skills at a boutique recruiting firm. He operated in several capacities including Lead Technical Recruiter and Senior Business Development Executive where he was always at the center of both client and candidate engagement. Tim earned his BA in Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida. When he’s not recruiting, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son and working on taking a few strokes off of his golf score.
