Position Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, execution, and presentation of data analyses and reporting initiatives that drive business decision-making
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into impactful reports and dashboards
  • Act as a strategic consultant to cross-functional partners, helping interpret complex data into clear business recommendations
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards using Tableau and develop scalable SQL queries (Amazon Redshift preferred)
  • Develop Alteryx workflows and use Interworks Creator for enhanced reporting and workflow solutions
  • Coach and mentor a team of analysts, fostering growth in business knowledge and technical skillsets
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis using a structured intake process, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with global analytics and business teams to ensure reporting solutions support enterprise objectives
  • Support the development of data warehouse enhancements based on business needs
  • Drive process improvements and reporting automation to scale analytics capabilities

Position Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leading analytics initiatives that influenced business outcomes and supported strategic goals
  • A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting, ideally in fast-paced or consumer-facing environments
  • Advanced experience with Tableau for dashboard and report development
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (Amazon Redshift preferred) and building Alteryx workflows
  • Experience translating business needs into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with IT teams
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to present insights to stakeholders at all levels
  • Preferred: Knowledge of the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry or global consumer brands
  • Preferred: Experience with HTML coding and AI/ML concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor analytics professionals in a high-performance environment
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus

The Vice President of Demand Generation will be central to this transformation, shaping scalable marketing programs, elevating thought leadership, and influencing decision-makers across the philanthropic ecosystem.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with a vertical-focused GTM, driving sustainable pipeline growth and accelerated revenue.
  • Design and scale ABM programs targeting high-value accounts across private/family foundations, community foundations, government, healthcare, corporate, and research institutions.
  • Shift positioning from product-led to customer-journey-led, tailoring campaigns for both program managers and economic buyers (CFOs, CEOs, boards).
  • Elevate thought leadership through flagship reports, surveys, and educational content, positioning the company as the sector’s trusted authority.
  • Expand cross-sell and upsell opportunities by creating pathways from entry-level products into mid-market and enterprise solutions.
  • Lead and inspire a marketing team of 8–10, building a culture of accountability, experimentation, and learning.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, and Customer Success to align ICP definition, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Enhance marketing operations with refined processes, attribution models, and optimized tech stack (Salesforce, automation, analytics, ABM/intent tools).
  • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness with KPIs tied to pipeline contribution, ROI, and funnel velocity.
  • Serve as a change agent to modernize marketing maturity from transactional lead capture to enterprise-class demand generation.

Position Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, with strong emphasis on demand generation and growth at scale.
  • Demonstrated success scaling revenue in the $50M–$100M range, ideally in multi-product SaaS.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise demand generation, including ABM, multi-channel campaigns, and integrated strategies.
  • Experience leading transition from product-led to vertical-led GTM strategies with alignment to sales execution.
  • Track record of building thought leadership and education-driven content that influences both senior economic buyers and practitioners.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing attribution, data, and analytics, with ability to interpret trends and optimize spend.
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Gong, and related analytics/ABM tools.
  • Strong people leadership skills with ability to restructure, scale, and coach high-performing teams.
  • Highly collaborative style, able to partner seamlessly across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
