A rapidly growing, innovative, PE-backed company in the travel and hospitality space seeks a Head of Marketing to refine and execute marketing strategies. Operating at the intersection of hospitality brands and local activities, the company’s solutions drive memorable guest experiences, aiding in brand differentiation, bookings, and guest loyalty across 24,000+ vacation rentals and hotels in 70+ destinations.

The Director, B2B Marketing will be responsible for strengthening and expanding relationships with both property management companies and activity providers, ensuring that our suite of guest engagement tools and activity solutions meets the evolving needs of each of these dynamic industries.

This position requires a blend of strategic vision, marketing acumen, and sales expertise to engage with potential partners and clients, fostering relationships that drive revenue growth and cement our client’s position as the leading provider of activity solutions to the broader leisure lodging industry. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience and lead nurturing, particularly within the travel, hospitality, or related industries.
