A B2B brand manufacturing company is seeking two remote District Sales Managers. In these roles you’ll represent the Sales Division, reporting directly to the Area Sales Director. The company is looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with a solid 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.

As the District Sales Manager, you must have proven your ability to not only acquire new clients but also manage existing accounts effectively. You should be a self-starter who can drive growth independently of market trends, making significant contributions to the revenue of the sales team.

Your responsibilities will include meeting or exceeding sales goals, negotiating and closing deals, and nurturing long-term partnerships with clients. This leader will need to stay on top of market data, identifying sales prospects, and adapting strategies accordingly. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with sales leadership to forecast trends and establish objectives.

The company is seeking someone who is motivated, proactive, and a strong presenter. You should excel at negotiation and be skilled at communicating the value proposition of the offerings. Data drives your decision-making process, and you’re exceptionally organized with excellent time management skills.
