A leading B2B health-tech company is currently seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to spearhead revenue growth within its new healthcare revenue cycle division. Your responsibilities will span the entire sales process, from qualifying prospects to negotiating deals, all while collaborating closely with the EVP of Sales and other senior leaders to ensure sales and revenue targets are met. This entails devising and implementing effective sales strategies in various areas such as risk adjustment coding, clinical documentation integrity, reimbursement processes, and health information management solutions.

Your role involves cultivating a pipeline of sales prospects, leveraging various channels such as trade events, referrals, networking, and online platforms. As the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will proactively identify opportunities for solution sales, craft compelling sales pitches and presentations, and develop proposals tailored to client needs and business objectives. Collaboration is key in this role, as you’ll work closely with internal leadership teams to ensure timely and strategic responses to requests for proposals (RFPs). Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the practice to stay informed about market trends, refine sales processes, and contribute to product development efforts.

Maintaining strong client relationships is essential, requiring a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, organizational structures, and desired outcomes. In addition to managing client expectations and financials, you will help train and mentor the Solutions Sales Managers.
