Founding Account Executive

Our client is an AI-powered consumer health technology company that has done what most startups cannot: convinced the hardest buyers in the world to say yes first. Their smartphone-based foot scanning system generates custom insoles in days and has earned official product partner status with a major professional sports players association, with paying customers spanning teams across the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, MLS, and NCAA Division I. The technology is proven, the market is validated, and the brand carries the credibility of elite athletic partnerships. Now they are ready to build the sales function that will scale it.

Position Overview

This is a founding role, not a conventional sales position. The Founding Account Executive will be the first dedicated seller at a company where the founder has personally run every enterprise deal to date, and will work directly alongside that founder to take over the pipeline before progressively owning it outright. The single KPI is enterprise revenue, earned across three target segments: professional and collegiate sports organizations, sports medicine and orthopedic clinics, and corporate worksites. With a starting base salary of up to $100,000, uncapped commission of 10 to 20%, and performance-based equity of up to 5%, this is a founder’s compensation package built to reward the person who builds the machine. All elements are negotiable.

Position Responsibilities

  • Take over enterprise deal flow from the founder, initially with direct support, and progressively own the full sales cycle independently.
  • Self-source leads and run outbound prospecting across target segments including professional and collegiate sports organizations, clinics, and corporate worksites.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, close enterprise agreements, and manage the transition from prospect to paying customer.
  • Drive post-close onboarding, account growth, and maintain an active feedback loop to the product team.
  • Identify and prioritize which segments and accounts represent the highest near-term revenue opportunity and build pipeline accordingly.
  • Travel heavily across the US to meet prospects, attend events, and build the relationships that convert into long-term enterprise business.

Qualifications Required:

  • A demonstrated track record of closing real enterprise sales, with at least one documented example of a $5,000 or greater sale to an organization run from prospecting through close.
  • A self-starter with high energy and intrinsic motivation, comfortable building structure and pipeline in an environment where the sales playbook is still being written.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and being persistently and warmly assertive with prospects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to read a room and build credibility quickly with organizational decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel heavily across the US as the role requires.

Preferred:

  • Background in or existing relationships within professional sports, collegiate athletics, sports medicine, or corporate wellness.
  • Experience competing at a high level athletically, given that the primary buyer base operates in that world.
  • Prior experience as an early or founding sales hire at a startup or growth-stage company.

If you are ready to build something from the ground up alongside a founder who has already proven the product and validated the market, we would love to hear from you. Apply now and a member of Talentfoot’s recruitment team will be in touch should your track record of success, experience, skills, and qualifications match our client’s requirements.

Director of Corporate Partnerships

Princeton, New Jersey (On Site 4 days/wk)

Company Overview

Our client is a global innovation platform that connects corporations, startups, and investors across more than 20 countries, running upward of 100 accelerator programs and completing hundreds of new investments each year. With a growing footprint in New Jersey, the organization recently launched a new initiative focused on artificial intelligence, built through a partnership spanning academic, public sector, and enterprise stakeholders. The team prides itself on a collaborative, low bureaucracy culture where local leaders are given real ownership over their market rather than being managed from a distance. As this AI focused market continues to build momentum, the organization is looking for a Director of Corporate Partnerships to lead local strategy, deepen existing relationships, and drive new growth.

Position Overview

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a fast growing regional market at the intersection of enterprise innovation, artificial intelligence, and venture capital. First, this role comes with an established $1.5 million portfolio of corporate partnerships to manage and grow, paired with a clear mandate to bring on new enterprise partners in a market that remains largely greenfield. Second, the Director will have direct involvement in guiding the deployment of a multi million dollar venture fund earmarked for this specific market, a level of exposure to capital deployment rarely available in a business development seat. Third, this is a highly visible, autonomous role. The Director will be the local face of the program, building relationships with senior executives and academic and government stakeholders, with the opportunity to grow a team underneath them as the market matures.

Position Responsibilities

Manage and grow an existing $1.5 million portfolio of corporate partnerships, serving as the primary local point of contact to ensure strong engagement and renewal.

Identify, cultivate, and close new corporate partnerships with organizations across the state interested in engaging with the local AI startup ecosystem, with typical contract values ranging from $150,000 to $300,000 annually.

Build and maintain relationships with senior technology stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and Chief AI Officers, positioning the organization as a trusted advisor on innovation strategy.

Represent the organization publicly at industry events, pitch days, and innovation forums to build market visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Collaborate closely with the local program and analyst team to ensure smooth execution of accelerator programming and cohort milestones.

Contribute insight to the technical and business diligence process supporting the local venture fund’s investment activity, helping guide capital deployment decisions.

Track and report on partnership health, pipeline development, and program performance to inform strategy and resourcing decisions.

Serve as a key relationship manager and spokesperson with academic, government, and community stakeholders connected to the program.

Position Qualifications

Required:

A proven track record of exceeding revenue or partnership targets in a complex, consultative B2B sales environment.

4 to 8 years of progressive experience in business development, account management, or a related go to market role, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Demonstrated experience selling to and building relationships with C-suite executives, such as CIOs, CTOs, or similar technology leaders, within enterprise or corporate settings.

Experience successfully balancing account management responsibilities with net new business development within a single role.

Preferred:

Prior exposure to innovation programs, venture capital, or the startup ecosystem.

Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles of six months or longer.

A self-starter mindset with comfort operating in an ambiguous, less structured environment.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive total compensation package in the range of $150,000 to $180,000, including base salary and performance-based incentives tied to new business development and portfolio growth.

We are representing a beauty education provider seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to lead demand generation across 15 campuses in three states, owning a multi-million dollar digital ad spend.

You will manage specialized partners across SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, CRO, and Web Development and your job is to get them performing as one coordinated team with one shared goal, high-quality enrollments at the right cost, rather than five vendors optimizing in isolation.

To be successful you understand paid search bidding strategy, technical SEO, conversion testing, and analytics and can evaluate a vendor’s work critically, catch mediocre strategy before it costs money, ask the right pointed questions in a business review, and push every partner toward a higher bar.

You are a strategic thinker who connects trends across channels and campuses, analyzes performance at a granular level, and is maniacal about lead volume, lead quality, and cost of acquisition. This role also requires technical ability to roll up your sleeves where needed.

Responsibilities

Own lead generation performance for all 15 campuses, with campus-level visibility into cost per lead, cost per enrollment, conversion rate, and other KPIs.

Direct SEO and web development vendors on Google Business Profile management, local landing page architecture, schema markup, and citation/NAP consistency across every location.

Direct geo-targeted paid search and social campaigns, setting location-level budget allocation and testing priorities for your paid media vendors.

Set annual and quarterly budget allocation across channels and campuses based on marginal ROAS, and reallocate spend away from underperforming vendors, channels and strategies quickly.

Run structured weekly/monthly business reviews holding SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, CRO, Web Development, and PR vendors accountable to shared lead goals, quality benchmarks, and budget performance, not siloed channel metrics.

Understand how AI-driven search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) is changing organic visibility, anddirect your SEO vendor’s strategy accordingly

Qualifications

5-7+ years of lead generation/demand generation experience; strong preference for multi-location, franchise, or multi-unit B2C experience over single-location or purely national brand work.

Proven track record managing SEO, Paid Search, CRO, and Web Development vendors as a client, including holding partners to KPIs and renegotiating scope or price based on performance.

Technical fluency, not just familiarity, in paid search/social platform mechanics, technical and local SEO, GA4/attribution, and structured conversion testing, sufficient to direct and challenge vendor work.

Experience designing and managing the marketing technology ecosystem, to include building landing pages, marketing automation, Zaps and Zapier workflows, API integrations, and ensuring seamless data flows across platforms.

Experience building or overseeing BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Domo preferred) for recurring reporting cadences.

Expertise in maintaining CRM integrity, lead routing, system integrations, dashboard accuracy, attribution, and overall marketing data quality.

Working understanding of how AI is changing SEO, paid media, and content production, and comfort directing vendors on adopting it well.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with executive leadership.

Our client is a B2B communications firm known for a fresh, modern approach to storytelling and content strategy, built on a culture that puts people and craft first. The firm has earned a reputation for deep passion, genuine partnership, and a deliberate focus on doing fewer things exceptionally well rather than trying to be all things to all clients. Our client is an independent lifestyle retail brand built on thoughtful design, storytelling, and a strong sense of place. As the digital side of the business continues to scale, they are hiring a Digital Merchandising and eCommerce Manager to own the online storefront and make it perform like their strongest store.

Position Overview

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a growing brand’s digital storefront and treat it as what it truly is, one of the company’s most important stores. First, you will own the ecommerce experience from A to Z, from homepage creative and collection merchandising to conversion optimization and performance reporting, with the autonomy to shape how the brand shows up online. Second, this role sits at the intersection of creative, merchandising, and data, a blend that is hard to find and even harder to do well, giving you the chance to pair strong visual instincts with the analytics that prove what is working. Third, the position carries real visibility, partnering directly with Creative, Marketing, Buying, and Operations while giving leadership a clear line of sight into digital performance and growth opportunities. As the digital business grows, so does the scope of this role, offering a clear path to expanded ownership and leadership within the ecommerce function.

Position Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management and merchandising of the ecommerce site, ensuring it is accurate, current, beautifully merchandised, and optimized at all times to drive conversion and revenue.
  • Build, organize, and regularly refresh product collections, navigation, and landing pages based on launches, seasonality, inventory, and customer behavior, and ensure new products go live accurately and on time with complete imagery, information, pricing, and tagging.
  • Own the ecommerce execution calendar for product launches, promotions, and major brand moments, partnering with Creative and Marketing to brief, build, and QA every website asset so each launch goes live accurately and on schedule.
  • Translate larger brand campaigns into a cohesive onsite experience that stays aligned with email, SMS, social, and other customer touchpoints.
  • Continually evaluate the customer journey to identify friction and conversion opportunities, using heat maps, click behavior, and navigation data to inform A/B tests across merchandising, navigation, landing pages, product pages, and calls to action.
  • Own reporting on core eCommerce metrics, including revenue, conversion rate, average order value, revenue per visitor, product and collection performance, and cart and checkout abandonment, and deliver regular, actionable insights to leadership.
  • Partner with Buying and Planning to share digital selling insights that inform inventory and assortment decisions, and establish benchmarks and goals for key site KPIs to measure progress over time.
  • Serve as the internal owner of the eCommerce platform and related tools, managing site QA across desktop and mobile, prioritizing the mobile shopping experience, and evaluating apps, integrations, and developer partners that improve performance and revenue.

Position Qualifications

  • Four to six or more years of eCommerce experience, ideally within a DTC, fashion, apparel, accessories, lifestyle, or consumer retail brand.
  • Strong Shopify experience, paired with a solid understanding of eCommerce merchandising and the customer shopping journey.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics/GA4 and eCommerce reporting, along with behavioral analytics and heat mapping tools such as Hotjar, Lucky Orange, or similar.

Our client is a fast growing AI platform reshaping how large organizations deliver training, transforming experiential learning at scale for higher education, healthcare, and life sciences. Founded five years ago by a physician researcher and an AI expert with a background in medical imaging, the company built its entire technology stack in house, giving it a speed and quality advantage that pure software competitors cannot match. With a growing footprint across North America, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and expanding into Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, the company is on a mission to put every person undergoing active professional training onto its platform. To help fuel that growth, they are looking for an Associate Account Executive to join their Austin, Texas sales team.

Position Overview

This is a rare opportunity for an early career professional to build a sales career at the ground floor of a category defining company. As an Associate Account Executive, you will be trained directly by leadership on a proven sales motion targeting upper mid market and lower enterprise accounts, giving you a foundation that most entry level roles cannot offer. You will have direct visibility with the founders, who are actively building out the Austin office and investing in the people who join early. Your work will center on bringing in new business and expanding existing accounts, meaning your results will be visible and will directly shape the trajectory of the company as it scales. For someone who is hungry to learn, competitive by nature, and wants to be part of something being built rather than joining something already built, this role offers uncommon speed of growth and responsibility. This is an entry-level sales role and a recent graduate ready to start their career is the ideal candidate.

Position Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and close new accounts across higher education, healthcare, and life sciences organizations, with a primary focus on new business generation

Grow and expand relationships within an existing client base to drive account growth

Build creative outbound strategies to reach and engage new potential clients

Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, with support and coaching from company leadership

Maintain fast, clear, and consistent communication with prospects, clients, and internal team members

Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff and client experience post sale

Represent the company’s platform and value proposition clearly and confidently to decision makers across multiple industries

Track activity and pipeline consistently to support accurate forecasting and decision making

Continuously seek feedback and coaching to improve sales technique and performance

Position Qualifications

Required

A demonstrated track record of success in competitive environments, such as collegiate athletics, campus leadership, or building something of your own

A high level of energy, work ethic, and drive, with a genuine hunger to learn and grow quickly

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with new people

Comfort with creative, resourceful prospecting and a willingness to find nontraditional ways to reach potential clients

Ability to work full time from the company’s Austin, Texas office

Preferred

Experience in a leadership role during college, such as a team captain, club president, or fraternity or sorority leadership position

A background in competitive athletics or entrepreneurship, such as starting or running a small business

Prior involvement in campus organizations that required networking, recruiting, or persuasion

A combination of education and experience that demonstrates equivalent readiness for a fast paced sales environment

If you are ready to work hard, learn fast, and help build something meaningful from the ground up, we would love to hear from you. You must be able to work in office in Austin. The company offers a strong base salary and benefits – this is not a commission-only sales role. Apply now and a member of Talentfoot’s recruitment team will be in touch should your background, energy, and drive match what our client is looking for.

Company Overview

A nonprofit research and philanthropic institution recognized for its long-standing commitment to scientific discovery is investing in a newly formed function dedicated to embedding AI into how the organization operates day to day. This team sits close to the executive suite, reporting through senior leadership, which reflects the strategic weight placed on this work. The culture favors integration over isolation. Developers here are woven into delivery teams alongside engineers, architects, and business partners, rather than siloed off to work on narrow pieces of a larger puzzle. As this function scales, it is building out the team that will define how AI moves from idea to production across the organization.

Position Overview

This is a rare opportunity to help stand up a brand new AI function from the ground up, with direct visibility to executive leadership and a mandate to change how a respected research institution operates. First, the scope is genuinely full lifecycle: model selection, evaluation design, deployment, and operations all fall under one seat, not split across teams. Second, the impact is immediate and visible, since the systems built here will be adopted across administrative and operational functions organization-wide. Third, the growth trajectory is real. The team is expanding beyond this initial hiring round, and early members will shape the patterns, architecture, and culture the function scales on.

Position Responsibilities

  • Design and build production AI systems embedded within a delivery team, working alongside engineers, architects, and business partners to ship collaboratively rather than in isolation.
  • Select the right technical approach for each problem, whether that means a large language model with retrieval, a gradient boosted tree, or a well featured regression model, and be able to defend that choice with sound reasoning.
  • Build within established reference architectures and shared engineering patterns, contributing improvements back to the team when gaps are identified.
  • Design evaluation methodology before any system reaches production, covering precision, recall, calibration, drift, business outcome metrics, and A/B testing where appropriate.
  • Own deployment and operations end to end, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, and cost, with production considerations built in from the first commit.
  • Partner with receiving teams on handoff, including documentation, runbooks, on call posture, and ownership transition, so systems remain operable by others.
  • Translate technical trade-offs for business stakeholders while also communicating at a peer level with engineering teams, moving fluidly between both audiences.

Position Qualifications

Required:

  • A demonstrated track record of shipping production enterprise systems, with clear ownership of outcomes from design through operation.
  • 6 or more years of hands-on software engineering experience, including at least 3 years building and shipping production machine learning or deep learning systems, with at least 2 years of that experience beyond generative AI specifically.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with classical machine learning techniques (gradient boosting, regression, clustering, tree based methods, dimensionality reduction) as well as deep learning.
  • Experience designing evaluation frameworks for production ML systems, including offline and online evaluation, A/B testing, and statistical inference.
  • Fluency with infrastructure as code (Terraform or comparable), container orchestration, and CI/CD, with the ability to work across AWS, Azure, and GCP without dependence on a single provider.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or Strands.

Preferred:

  • Experience with front end frameworks such as React, for building end to end user facing AI features.
  • Production experience with vector databases, retrieval systems, or knowledge graphs.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tooling, including model registries, feature stores, or training pipeline orchestration.
  • Prior experience in research, academic, or mission driven institutional environments.
  • Background as a forward deployed engineer or solutions engineer, comfortable being client facing while owning technical delivery.

Compensation Range: $145,000 – $200,000 plus a competitive benefits package.

Apply now and a member of Talentfoot’s recruitment team will be in touch should your track record of success, experience, skills, and qualifications match our client’s requirements.

Digital Performance Analyst

Performance Analytics Team | Chicago, IL | Hybrid (In Office Schedule) | Early Career

Company Overview

Our client is a performance marketing agency rewriting how brands invest in growth, replacing backward looking reporting with forecasting that predicts revenue before a single dollar is spent. Powered by more than three decades of performance first experience, over $100 million in media managed, and a proprietary AI powered predictive intelligence platform, the firm helps national brands plan, buy, and optimize across media, TV, and creative with a level of confidence few agencies can match. The team pairs the agility of an independent, privately held shop with analytical firepower usually found only at much larger organizations, and its culture rewards curiosity, critical thinking, and people who question the data rather than take it at face value. With a client retention rate north of 90 percent and an analytics practice at the center of its next chapter of growth, the company is looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to help turn complex cross channel data into the insights that keep clients ahead of their markets.

Position Overview

This is a rare early career opportunity to build deep analytics expertise fast, working shoulder to shoulder with the VP of Performance Analytics on the agency’s flagship account from day one. You will own the digital performance story for your accounts across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and streaming video, then grow into the cross channel and predictive measurement work, including attribution, incrementality, and marketing mix modeling, that powers the firm’s forecasting platform. It is a highly visible seat: your analysis will directly shape how multi million dollar media budgets are allocated, and your recommendations will be presented to clients and senior internal teams, giving you exposure and impact most analysts wait years to earn. As automation and AI take over routine reporting, this role is built for someone who wants to think, not just pull numbers, with a clear runway to become a cross channel and predictive measurement expert as the analytics practice scales.

Position Responsibilities

  • Own the digital performance analysis and reporting for assigned accounts across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and DV360 or other DSPs, contributing to the broader cross channel view.
  • Build and QA dashboards for digital KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, assisted conversions) and lead generation metrics such as leads, calls, and enrollments.
  • Keep tracking and data integrity clean so the data feeding the predictive platform holds up, flagging quality issues and validating tracking with the media and web teams.
  • Explore and validate data using SQL and AI assisted tools, applying judgment to question and confirm model outputs rather than accepting them at face value.
  • Turn data into clear, client ready stories and recommendations, presenting credibly to clients and to internal media and account teams.
  • Design and interpret audience, creative, landing page, and conversion tests.
  • Support attribution and incrementality work, growing into TV, call tracking, and marketing mix modeling over time.

Position Qualifications

Required:

  • A track record of turning data into insights and clear recommendations, ideally within a fast paced agency or client environment (strong internship experience counts).
  • One to three years of experience in digital marketing analytics or business analytics.
  • Hands on experience across the major ad platforms, Google Ads at minimum, plus exposure to Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, DV360, or other DSPs.
  • Ability to build and QA dashboards in a modern BI tool (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) and to explore and validate data with SQL and AI assisted tools.
  • Familiarity with web analytics (GA4 or Adobe) and tag or pixel tracking (Google Tag Manager, Floodlight, Meta Pixel).
  • Strong client facing communication, with the ability to translate data into clear stories for non technical audiences, plus the curiosity and critical thinking to question and validate AI and model outputs.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and able to work a hybrid schedule from the Chicago office.

Preferred:

  • A digital media platform expert looking to move into analytics, for example someone who ran paid media at a smaller shop and built their own reporting.
  • Interest in predictive, forward looking measurement such as marketing mix modeling, incrementality, and forecasting.
  • Exposure to cross channel and offline measurement, including linear or connected TV and call tracking, plus A/B and landing page testing.
  • Comfort using AI and agentic tools to speed analysis, with basic version control (Git) habits.
  • An undergraduate degree in marketing, business analytics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent hands on experience.
