As they expand their impact, they are seeking a Senior Amazon Brand Manager to drive client success and unlock the next wave of marketplace growth.
Position Overview
This is a high-visibility opportunity to own the growth strategy for a portfolio of six to ten Amazon brands and serve as the primary thought partner to founders and operators. You will leverage proven playbooks—while having the autonomy to innovate—to unlock revenue and margin gains, making an immediate, measurable impact on each business. The role offers clear advancement into leadership for top performers, exposure to diverse product categories, and the chance to influence the evolution of the firm’s systems and tools.
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead consultant for a curated roster of third-party private-label Amazon brands, guiding strategy across advertising, operations, and catalog optimization.
- Conduct deep P&L and KPI analysis to surface growth opportunities in PPC, DSP, keyword ranking, inventory health, and contribution margin.
- Own weekly client calls, setting clear action plans, driving accountability, and communicating insights that translate into measurable results.
- Apply and continuously refine the firm’s proprietary frameworks, playbooks, and dashboards to accelerate client performance and knowledge transfer.
- Partner with clients’ internal teams on demand forecasting, inventory planning, and operational roadmaps to ensure in-stock rates and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to enhance training materials, develop new service offerings, and share best practices.
- Track retention metrics and proactively deliver value-added recommendations to maintain long-term client partnerships.
Position Qualifications
Required
- Demonstrated track record of profitably managing $10M+ in annual Amazon revenue for one or more brands.
- 5+ years of progressive experience operating Amazon businesses, aggregators, or top marketplace agencies.
- Advanced expertise in Amazon PPC (search, display, DSP), keyword research/SEO, P&L ownership, and inventory forecasting.
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear strategic actions.
- Fully remote work capability with reliable high-speed internet; U.S. location strongly preferred.
Preferred
- Prior consulting experience or responsibility for multiple simultaneous brand accounts.
- Familiarity with additional marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, Target+) and emerging ad platforms.
- Proven success mentoring or training junior team members.
- Passion for continuous learning and process improvement in a fast-growth environment.
