We are seeking a client-focused Account Manager to oversee post-sale customer relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and enjoys managing multiple accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams. As an integral member of the organization, you will ensure seamless account delivery and help drive ongoing client success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts including retailers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Manage post-sale relationships by overseeing deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account execution and issue resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and support renewal efforts.
- Provide strategic insights and escalate opportunities or challenges to leadership.
Qualifications – Required
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- 1-3 years of account management or client services experience in food, consumer packaged goods, supply chain, or related industries.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfort operating in a startup environment with autonomy and ownership.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings or customer visits.
