Position Overview
This is a transformational leadership opportunity to join the client services leadership team as Senior Director of Professional Services. You will oversee a 30+ person organization spanning solution architecture, project management, and technical implementation. Your mandate is to transform how the company delivers its most configurable product line — realigning the team, shortening implementation cycles, strengthening delivery methodology, and building scalable recurring services that support ARR growth.

Position Responsibilities
- Lead and realign a 30+ person professional services team, strengthening the mix of talent and instilling best practices in delivery and project management.
- Redefine roles, career paths, and accountability structures to support scalability, efficiency, and employee engagement.
- Standardize and document delivery processes to enable consistent, repeatable, and high-quality implementations across regions.
- Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure client implementations set the stage for long-term adoption and retention.
- Shorten implementation timelines while balancing margin targets with client satisfaction and lifetime value.
- Build a scalable partner ecosystem to expand delivery capacity and provide clients with options.
- Introduce recurring professional service offerings that generate ARR and extend client engagement beyond initial projects.
- Develop and manage a data-driven capacity model tied to pipeline and backlog; establish and monitor utilization and delivery efficiency metrics.
- Provide clear reporting to leadership on performance, resource needs, and client outcomes.
- Serve as a hands-on, visible leader fostering transparency, collaboration, and a client-first culture.
Position Qualifications
Required:
- Proven track record leading large-scale organizational transformation in professional services or delivery.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in professional services, implementation, or client delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience delivering enterprise-level SaaS implementations ($300K+ engagements, 6–12 months).
- Prior success in PE-backed or high-growth SaaS environments, with strong capacity planning and operational rigor.
- Ability to balance profitability and client satisfaction, driving improved CSAT/NPS alongside healthy margins.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of partnering effectively across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Hands-on leadership style: able to set strategy while staying close to the details and guiding teams through change.
Preferred:
- Background designing and launching recurring services that drive ARR growth.
- Experience managing distributed or global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
