Position Summary: Amazon E-Commerce Specialist
Our client is seeking a dynamic Amazon E-Commerce Specialist to manage their day-to-day Seller/Vendor Central functions. This role is pivotal in optimizing their digital shelf experience on Amazon, implementing strategic growth plans, and ensuring their products reach and resonate with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Shelf Management: Maintain and update SKU data, create new items, and refresh digital assets and copy regularly.
- Vendor Central Expertise: Proactively manage Amazon case issues to maintain accurate IDQ and address discrepancies or availability problems.
- Promotion Management: Create and monitor promotions, analyze funding and deal requirements, and seek necessary approvals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize tools to monitor category trends and item performance, recommending improvements.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work with various teams to ensure competitive executions, innovation launches, and promotional strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Provide ongoing reports on Amazon business performance, including sales, inventory, profitability, and advertising performance.
- Operational Monitoring: Report on chargebacks, returns, and other operational metrics, collaborating on mitigation strategies.

Experience & Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree Required.
- 2-4 years of experience working directly on an Amazon business with hands-on experience in Vendor Central as an account manager, catalog manager, data analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Vendor Central is required; experience in Seller Central is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, with at least 2 years of data analysis experience.
- Functional understanding of supply chain, finance & accounting, sales cycles, retail marketing, and category management.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Ecommerce software like Pacvue, Helium 10, Stackline, and/or PriceSpider is a plus.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to influence others without direct authority.
