Director of Marketing

Position Overview

This is a high-impact opportunity to step into a strategic marketing leadership role at a pivotal stage of growth. The Director of Brand and Growth Marketing will be responsible for building structure, driving multi-location marketing strategy, and translating brand vision into scalable, market-specific execution. This role offers strong visibility with executive leadership and the opportunity to shape how the brand grows across diverse markets. The ideal candidate will bring experience from multi-unit or franchise environments and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings where they can influence both strategy and execution while building toward a more mature marketing function.

Position Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of multi-location marketing strategies to support rapid expansion across diverse markets

Define market-level approaches, tailoring campaigns and initiatives based on regional dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape

Partner with executive leadership to translate business goals into clear, actionable marketing plans

Oversee external agency partners across paid media, influencer marketing, and other channels, ensuring alignment with brand and performance goals

Establish processes, frameworks, and planning cadences to bring structure and consistency to the marketing function

Collaborate with internal creative and social media teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and campaign execution

Evaluate marketing performance and identify opportunities to optimize spend, improve ROI, and drive customer acquisition and retention

Travel to various locations to assess market needs, support local initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Play a key role in building and scaling the future marketing team as the organization continues to grow

Position Qualifications

Required:

Proven track record of driving growth and brand impact within multi-location, franchise, or restaurant environments

A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on multi-unit or consumer-facing businesses

Experience developing and executing market-specific strategies across diverse geographic regions

Demonstrated success managing external agencies and cross-functional partners

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to revenue and operational goals

Preferred:

Experience within QSR, fast casual, or hospitality brands

Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments

Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams

Willingness and ability to travel to support multiple locations
